What does this do?
It extends anthro-tenant es bindings to include
materialTechniqueDescription.Why are we doing this? (with JIRA link)
We need to show materialTechniqueDescription in public browser also for anthro, as we already do for fcart: https://collectionspace.atlassian.net/browse/DRYD-1983
