I was using the makeflow examples and found some small issues:
nt.44is nownt.044and it is bigger in size (I don't know if they are literally identical)make_xyz_workflowcommands, I replaced withpython2in the ones I used, but I don't know if this is how it should be handledsmall.fastain theblastexample, but I am not sure if that was due to something I did
