Adds a repository-level Privacy Policy document for the crowdsec plugin/skills, clarifying local-only operation, lack of data collection, and when third-party CrowdSec services may be contacted under user direction.
Changes:
- Introduces
PRIVACY.mdwith a privacy policy summary, scope, and contact details. - Documents how communications to CrowdSec services can occur when users follow guidance or run helper scripts.
- Adds an explicit policy change/update statement with a “Last updated” date.
