Description

Change virt-launcher and hotplug pod prefix.

Before this PR:
Virt-launcher name format: virt-launcher-(vm-name)-(hash)
Hotplug pod name format: hp-volume-(hash)

After this PR:
Virt-launcher name format: d8v-vm-(vm-name)-(hash)
Hotplug name format: d8v-hp-(vm-name)-(hash)
