docs: improve readability for business users

可读性优化

面向普通业务人员优化文档可读性，中英文各 8 处修改：

修改内容

1. 开头引导语：技术性描述 → 提问式开头 + 两大模块清单
2. 三区域引导："可以先记住" → "不需要记住所有按钮，先看懂①②③就够了"
3. 流程概括：长句 → 加粗箭头流程（在①选人→在③说话→在②看结果）
4. 截图描述：依赖具体截图内容 → 通用阅读建议
5. /new 命令："隔离上下文" → "和之前的对话互不影响"
6. /compact 命令："压缩旧消息" → "精简聊天记录，保留重要信息"
7. 章节编号：五→二→二（不连续）→ 一→二→三（连续）
8. 子标题编号：①./2./3./4./5./6./7./8. 混用 → 统一为 ①②③④⑤⑥⑦⑧
