fix(inference): add GLM-5.2 to Z.AI catalog

Summary

• Sync the Z.AI and legacy Zhipu AI provider catalog entries with upstream models.dev for GLM-5.2.
• Align stale Z.AI GLM-5.1 / GLM-5 metadata with upstream while touching the affected provider block only.

Validation

• node catalog assertion confirmed zai and zhipuai match upstream models.dev for affected provider blocks.
• pnpm --filter @openwork-ee/inference models:build
• pnpm --filter @openwork-ee/inference build

Evidence

• No video/fraimz captured: this is a catalog data update and I do not have a live Z.AI key-backed desktop flow in this environment. The generated catalog was validated to include glm-5.2 for both providers.
