Both are needed for the Managed Agents and Action Gateway docs. Toolbelt is Action Gateway product terminology; elicitation is from the Model Context Protocol spec.

toolbelt(DigitalOcean vocab): Action Gateway product terminology for a versioned collection of tools. Used throughout the Managed Agents Action Gateway how-to.elicitation(Technical vocab): the Model Context Protocol term for a server-initiated approval or input request. Action Gateway supports server-side approval through MCP elicitations.Without these, the Action Gateway how-to in digitalocean/product-docs fails
DigitalOcean.Spellingon 9 lines, and the only alternatives are backticking product terminology in prose or renaming it.
