Bump github-script v7->v8, upload-artifact v4->v7, download-artifact v4->v8 to resolve Node.js 20 deprecation (forced to Node.js 24 after June 2, 2026). Closes dependabot PRs #41, #62, #63. Add GHTraf branding to dashboard: banner image (icon + wordmark) in the h1 heading next to "Project Statistics", and "Powered by GHTraf" circular badge in the footer (66% opacity, solid with blue glow on hover). Footer text attribution shows version from workflowVersion. All assets included in template package for consumer deployments. Added: - GHTraf banner in heading ("GHTraf Project Statistics") - "Powered by GHTraf" badge in footer (translucent, glows on hover) - Footer text: "Dashboard by GitHub Traffic Tracker vX.Y.Z" - GHTraf logo, banner, icon assets (docs/images/) - All images in template package (src/ghtraf/templates/docs/images/) Changed: - actions/github-script v7 -> v8 (traffic-badges.yml) - actions/upload-artifact v4 -> v7 (publish.yml) - actions/download-artifact v4 -> v8 (publish.yml) - workflowVersion bumped to 0.3.8 - Template workflow and dashboard synced - Version bump 0.3.7 -> 0.3.8 Closes #41, #62, #63
