Clean Up Examples

Description

Clean up examples and add *.http files to non-OpenAPI examples. Examples that use OpenAPI shouldn't need a separate *.http file since the URL can be generated in the UI and the API can be directly invoked.

• Supplants CR Add .http files for all API examples #1147 (whose AI generations were inaccurate)
