This is the development repository for Galaxy tools developed in the ARTbio platform at the IBPS CNRS & UPMC.
Tools are pushed to the Galaxy toolshed and are installed and testable on https://mississippi.snv.jussieu.fr
Changes are welcome and should be proposed via Pull Requests.
