Replace outdated documentation workflows with a centralized daily maintenance workflow. Remove obsolete scripts related to documentation version checking and cleanup.
Note: this will remove the "Docs-as-Code version mismatch detected" warning. It's been there for a year and no-one cares. So it seems, it's just too early for such formalities.
