"Use OpenNIC DNS only for OpenNIC zones"

@elgatito я бы всё же убрал internal_dns_opennic в угоду авто получению. уже сейчас там все 3 нерабочих сервера.
и в коде 152.53.15.127 тоже не рабочий для спец зон.

ну и на твоё усмотрение правки для

@antonsoroko Добавил некоторые куски и возможность своего сервера использовать.
Надо протестировать и нужно релизить будет.
