We want to re-target this to GOVERNENCE.md and then we will immediately follow up with reorganizing our docs. Target next week's working session for that.

This is mandatory to be considered an impact project within the foundation. It’s not like the project will be taken over by a company, but it’s a good change. It’s already complicated enough for a company to sponsor the development of this project.
Important
If this is approved by the TC, an issue must be opened in the CPC for their approval as well, since it is a change to the CHARTER
