Rotate the susceptibility tensor using only the semiaxes rotation matrix. This way, the susceptibility tensor is always defined in the local coordinate system, but aligned with the semiaxes values passed by the user. The extra rotation to sort out semiaxes happens only internally. Add test that fails without the bugfix.
