feat: add Catch The Turtle game project

Added my Python game to the projects list

I checked this addition and found a few blockers:

• gh api repos/EfeOrhan/catch-the-turtle returns 404, and gh search issues --repo EfeOrhan/catch-the-turtle --state open also says the repository cannot be searched. Please confirm the repo is public and the URL is correct.
• The image uses https://via.placeholder.com/150; project cards should use a real project/repo image when possible, not a placeholder. The request to via.placeholder.com also failed for me with a TLS connection error.
• The inserted object needs formatting/indentation cleanup and should preserve the final newline in src/data/projects.js.
• Add projects to project list #1 asks for beginner-friendly projects with issues newcomers can solve. Please include evidence of open beginner-friendly issues once the repo URL is corrected.
