Agent Documentation Update

Findings

Area Issue File(s)
accuracy src/safe_outputs/assign_work_item.rs (the assign-work-item safe-output tool, already correctly documented in docs/safe-outputs.md and docs/front-matter.md) was missing from the safe_outputs/ architecture-tree listing in AGENTS.md, making the file inventory incomplete for agents relying on it as a map of the codebase.

Applied Fixes

  • Added assign_work_item.rs to the safe_outputs/ directory listing in AGENTS.md, in alphabetical order alongside its sibling assign_github_issue_*.rs files.

Notes

Verified by diffing the actual file list (ls src/safe_outputs/*.rs) against every filename mentioned in AGENTS.md. assign_work_item.rs was the only file missing from the tree; all other checked directories (src/tools, src/compile top level, src/runtimes, src/audit, src/inspect) matched. The src/compile/ir/tasks/ directory is intentionally summarized in AGENTS.md ("one file per task") rather than enumerated, so no change was needed there. Also cross-checked docs/cli.md (compile/init flags) and docs/front-matter.md for assign-work-item — both already reference it correctly, so no further drift was found in this pass.
