  • Closes Docs should list "out of the box" operations s #39

  • Adds a package catalog to the docs:

    • Enables users to browse, search, and explore installable packages derived from their manifests.
    • Includes catalog listing and detail pages, centralizes manifest parsing, and improves internal links to package READMEs.
