Creates .claude/settings.json with a PostToolUse hook that runs node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs after any Edit or Write tool use in Claude Code
Surfaces plugin structure errors locally and immediately instead of waiting for CI

Open Claude Code in this repo and edit any plugin file — validation output should appear automatically
