I meant the PR/commit title, which still say "Update nomulus-pubapi.yaml" (which doesn't tell you anything that the list of files edited by the commit doesn't).

The commit title is still "Update nomulus-pubapi.yaml"? That matters more than the PR title -- that's what we'll see in git log, and as the title of the commit when doing git blame (including in cs.opensource.google ).
