This line was left over from the initial sample app - it should be removed completely in step 2 since all the imports are in codelab-app.html.

Note that the codelab text should tell users to remove this line as well, since CDE adds it to the beginning sample. |

It looks like you signed the CLA using a different email address then you used in your commit message. The CLA bot isn't terribly smart, and expects to find an exact match between the two.
