This line was left over from the initial sample app - it should be removed completely in step 2 since all the imports are in codelab-app.html.

Note that the codelab text should tell users to remove this line as well, since CDE adds it to the beginning sample.

It looks like you signed the CLA using a different email address then you used in your commit message. The CLA bot isn't terribly smart, and expects to find an exact match between the two.

Would you mind filling the form out again, using your @startpad.org address? (Sorry for the added steps here.)
