- bump Laravel, Filament, and related plugins to latest releases
- update dev dependencies including laravel-ide-helper, boost, sail, and rector
- remove deprecated packages: anourvalar/eloquent-serialize, ryangjchandler/blade-capture-directive
- update npm-check-updates and prettier-plugin-blade in package.json
