Adds scaffolding so agents and humans know this repository's docs/ is registered as Basic Memory project `claude-code-profiles`. Basic Memory itself is configured at the user level as an MCP server for Claude Code and Codex CLI; the project registration is local-only. - Add docs/.basic-memory.md with project metadata - Append ## Basic Memory section to AGENTS.md Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Basic Memory indexed docs/ as project `claude-code-profiles` and normalized YAML frontmatter — stripped quotes, added `permalink:` fields for note addressing, and removed trailing newlines.
