Update descriptions used as aria-labels in FilterControls

This pull request updates the descriptions for several filter toggles in the FilterControls component to clarify how users can clear active filters. These changes improve the user experience by making filter behavior more explicit.

User interface improvements for filter toggles:

• Updated the selection filter description to clarify that pressing the toggle will clear the filter and show all annotations.
• Updated the user filter description to explain that pressing the toggle will clear the filter.
• Updated the page filter description to explain that pressing the toggle will clear the filter.
• Updated the chapter filter description to explain that pressing the toggle will clear the filter.
