fix(claude): restore print-mode tool access

Summary

• enable Claude print-mode workspace edits and allow WebSearch, WebFetch, and curl
• propagate the login-shell PATH to Claude subprocesses for Finder launches
• preserve and test project trust handling for non-interactive runs
