Proof of concept migration scprits

The scripts include here are proof of concept. They need work to be production ready.

To test the scripts locally.

• set up a redis container with volume mounted
• build the redis dump container
• run the seed function of the container, see README for instruction.
  • by default this will seed the redis with 50 million keys and data.
  • should take about 15 minutes to run
• run the pull function of the container, see README for instruction.
  • this should download 8.75 million keys and data
  • should take about 5 minutes to complete
