Installation

Requirement

• iOS 12.0 or later
• Android targetSDKVersion 31 or higher

Add the package

1. In pubspec.yaml, add the following lines. Replace {PLANET_KIT_VERSION} with the desired PlanetKit-Flutter version (e.g., v0.6.0).

2. Import planet_kit_flutter to application source code.

   import 'package:planet_kit_flutter/planet_kit_flutter.dart'; 
   

Screen share (Android)

Screen share captures the screen from a foreground service, which Android requires the host app to declare. Without the entries below, starting screen share fails at runtime. Add them to your app's android/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml:

Nothing else is needed on the app side: the plugin creates its own notification channel, posts the foreground-service notification, and requests the screen-capture permission when screen share starts.

Start and stop screen share with startMyScreenShare() and stopMyScreenShare() on PlanetKitCall or PlanetKitConference. This is Android-only — on iOS, startMyScreenShare() returns false.
