This project consists in:

• Creating an IPCore using ISE LogicCORE tool.
• Creating a Top Level Wrapper to include such CORE.
• Writing a proper Testbench to ‘verify’ that the CORE works correctly.
• Providing a readable WAVEFORMS Configuration.
