Adds GDPR classifications for the Pyrefly shadow telemetry introduced by microsoft/pyrx#9077.
language_server.crash.pyreflyextensioninstalledto the existingpyrefly.detectiondeclaration.All fields are closed-set system metadata used for feature insight or performance and health analysis. Duration and counter fields are marked as measurements.
