`gpt-5.6-sol` is rejected by the pinned @openai/codex@0.141.0 with a hard
400 ("requires a newer version of Codex"). 0.145.0 is the current npm
`latest` tag and the canaried target from MNG-1753. Single pin in
Dockerfile.worker; no other references. The deploy pipeline's worker
runtime smoke test gates the image before it promotes.
