Documents the Tool Poisoning Detection parameters for the MCP Schema Validation policy, adding a "Configure Tool Poisoning Detection" section (Descriptor Drift, Shadow Tool Name, Prompt Injection detection, and Max Tools Per Response).

Split out from #1140 (MCP Support + MCP Schema Validation) so each policy is reviewed independently.
