About Me

I am an Assistant Professor of Engineering Management at Penn State Great Valley. I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University, where I was recognized as the Outstanding Ph.D. Student of 2022 by the ISE faculty.

My work sits at the intersection of applied Operations Research and engineering systems, with a focus on building mathematical models and intelligent algorithms that solve complex, real-world planning and scheduling problems.

Research Interests

  • Mathematical Optimization — Linear, Nonlinear, MILP, MINLP
  • Scheduling — Robot-assisted manufacturing systems, Job shop scheduling
  • Metaheuristics & Heuristics — Approximate solution methods (applications in queueing theory)
  • Drone Routing & Scheduling — Highway monitoring, emergency responses, medical supply chain
  • Machine Learning for Optimization — Predicting solver computation times
