Adding new intrinsics for iPhone 17e (with newly captured videos). Folder is iPhone 18,5 per convention. iPad Air (A4) are the same as the iPad Air (A3) models. Duplicated iPad15,3; iPad 15,4; iPad15,5; iPad 15,6 (A3 models) to be iPad16,8; iPad16,9; iPad16,10; iPad16,11 (A4 models).
Updated change log to reflect these changes.
Moved the change to the right place.

Tested on dev with iphone 17e end to end with one dynamic trial.
