Pull request overview
Adds a SECURITY.md file to define PRRTE’s security policy on GitHub, but the current content is still the default template and includes placeholder text / likely-incorrect supported-version information.
Changes:
- Introduces
SECURITY.mdwith sections for supported versions and vulnerability reporting. - Adds a supported-versions table and reporting guidance (currently boilerplate).
