Summary

Update documentation and GitHub Action behavior for using Macaron as an action, including new docs page, README quickstart, and action setup improvements for tagged releases.

Description of changes

  • Added a Macaron GitHub Action guide outlining usage examples, inputs/outputs, and workflow steps.
  • Modify the README with a quick GitHub Action example and link to the new action docs.
  • Simplified the composite action by creating shell scripts.
