Pin hosts/dotli to 902e79c on the codex/bulletin-preimage-in-core-dotli lineage: the host connects products only over the TrUAPI MessagePort transport, dropping the window-postMessage shim for Nova host-api SDK products.

codex/bulletin-preimage-in-core-dotlilineage (the branch truapi main already pins into), so it also picks up that branch's intermediate fixes (core migration regressions, metrics callbacks, package bumps) up to7921ce4.
