Six shipped bets and none of them is what a teacher reaches for on the morning they suspect something. What they need then is language for a syllabus, a page to hand a student before anything goes wrong, and a procedure for the day a question becomes formal — and there is nobody to ask. Three documents, bilingual, written rather than translated. No licence, no attribution, no permission: they are meant to be pasted into other institutions' paperwork with somebody else's name at the top. All three are built so a decision made by following them survives the detector being removed from the document entirely. A score is never the reason for a decision about a student, the burden never moves onto the person with the least power in the room, and what settles the question is ten minutes of asking somebody why they chose this example and not another one. The committee procedure quotes the uncomfortable half of our own calibration on purpose: neither language supports a threshold alone, so a committee quoting the aggregate at a student writing in Spanish makes the error this project criticises in everyone else. Also unpins the desktop download. Four links still pointed at desktop-v0.1.0 — including both translations shipped in the web app — so the badge read 0.3.0 and sent whoever clicked it to a build with no PDF reading, no folder scan and no report. Why now. Six bets have shipped and none of them is what a teacher reaches for on the morning they suspect something. Every distribution channel this project has used — a package registry, an MCP directory, a foundation application — contains no teachers. This is the first artefact aimed at one.
