  • Updated copyright in license file
  • Stopped using newshape argument in np.reshape (long since deprecated)
  • Fix in emcee to avoid setting an array element with a sequence error (ignored before 2.4)
  • Removed matplotlib <2.2 compatibility code, removing need for distutils.Looseversion
  • Syntax fix to CongLogPDF.sample (ignored before 2.4)
  • Indexing fix to MultimodalGaussianLogPDF (ignored before 2.4)
