Pull request overview
Updates the Pyth DAO Constitution to introduce definitions and a governance framework for the Pyth Data Marketplace (operated by Douro Labs), and cleans up some formatting in existing governance sections.
Changes:

PR title "Laas mktplace" doesn’t clearly describe the changes in this file (which add Pyth Data Marketplace governance terms). Consider renaming the PR to reflect the Marketplace governance update and fix spelling.
