Beacon Monitor

This project implements a beacon monitoring app using AltBeacon library, which runs in the background.

1. Service runs in background upon reboot or when user starts the app.

2. Service restarts automatically upon distroy.

3. List of beacons to be monitor is hardcoded in Strings.xml file.
