Add documented read-only helpers for runtime remoteproc, firmware, SMP2P, kernel-config, and device-tree evidence. Allow portable suite diagnostics without changing processor, SMEM, or tracing state. Signed-off-by: Srikanth Muppandam <smuppand@qti.qualcomm.com>
