Adds docs for the Blueprinter serializer parser covering: - basic association resolution and array/object cardinality - recursive associations and cycle detection via $ref - dynamic (Proc-based) association fallback - selecting a non-default view via the `view:` option - associations with explicit views, independent of the parent's rendered view
