On some systems, there are still issues with load option parsing. This behavior occurs only on a few models (e.g., Dell 7420) and only in combination with the
DEFAULT_LOADERvariable, as it overrides the hardcoded path and filename, producing a non-bootable name for the second-stage loader (see link).This patch adds a build option
DISABLE_ALL_LOAD_OPTIONSto disable parsing of load options for all devices.
