the job-take api is fronted by Cloudflare. Sometimes Cloudflare chooses to respond to job-take with
brencoded jobs, which we currently can not handle. Rather than introducebras a dependency I think it makes more sense to just force it to respond with either gzip or deflate viaaccept-encoding.
