Currently it's not clear that reviewers, as well as contributors, should disclose use of AI tools. I suggest updating to clarify that point and add a note that if a contributor specifically asks that they not be used, we should respect that wish. Note I consider using GitHub Copilot to be disclosing use since it clearly attributes its work to itself, but reviewers using some non-GitHub-integrated tool should make that clear.
