adds org open authoring-bundle which opens the org to the Agents list view (for now, until AABs can be queried)

QA Notes:

I verified the following behaviour:

• It works in production, sandbox and scratch orgs. 🟢
• When using --url-only flag, the url is single use only. 🟢
• It works in Edge, Safari, Chrome incognito and Firefox incognito. 🟢
• During my testing I found it doesn't work in Chrome and Firefox. I received bellow error. @WillieRuemmele verified it at his end and it worked for him so I suspect it is related with my browser configuration. 🟡
