[ESSNMX] Save TOF 1d histogram

Command to test:

pixi run --frozen essnmx-reduce \
    --output-dir aux \
    --input-file ${HOME}/.cache/ess/nmx/small_nmx_nexus.hdf.zip.unzip/small_nmx_nexus.hdf \
    --output-file test.hdf \
    --overwrite --verbose --nbins 50

Then it should save png file in the aux/ directory and test.hdf should have /entry/instrument/tof-1d.
