Talos 1.12 backport of f8a2a9b7a removes the NETWORK=YES guard and processes ETH*_ variables based solely on ETH*_MAC key presence. Update the configure network context section to document both the automatic (FIXED/RANGED) and manual (ETHER pools) approaches, matching the v1.13 documentation structure.

@rothgar the 1.13 is already OK. This is a change in 1.12 doc due to a backport of a fix from 1.13 to 1.12 |
