This PR re-adds Array Convert logic as per 0.x. The update also applies various reductions to the
Tryconversion suite, and defaults to using the Try/Result infrastructure pass-through to allow coverage tests to run for ternary logic (as Try is effectively private to Convert)Fixes: #1469
