One lockfile update covering all 7 open dependabot PRs (all transitive, build-time deps of static/skywire-manager-src — nothing ships in the built bundle, which is unchanged): qs 6.15.3 + body-parser 1.20.6 (skycoin#3593), ws 8.21.1 + engine.io 6.6.9 + socket.io-adapter 2.5.8 (skycoin#3578), fast-uri 3.1.4 (skycoin#3540), immutable 5.1.9 (skycoin#3539), hono 4.12.32 (skycoin#3538), shell-quote 1.10.0 (skycoin#3532), tar 7.5.22 (skycoin#3530). Each at or above the dependabot target. Verified: npm run build succeeds; dist output identical.
