This PR corrects a duplicated phrase in the copyright statement across all affected files. The copyright headers previously contained "under the License." repeated twice at the end of line 11, which has been fixed by removing the duplicate text.
Changes:
- Removed duplicate "under the License." text from copyright headers
- Standardized copyright statements across 322 files in SpecsUtils, SpecsHWUtils, and other library projects
